It has unique collection of 80,000 objects and 15,000 drawings, featuring the times of industrial revolution and reflecting scientific progress. Musee National Picasso contains an unparalleled collection of paintings from all periods of Picasso's career. Musee Rodin now occupies the stately Hôtel Biron's house and gardens in the Faubourg St-Germain, where the sculptor once lived. Musee National d’Art Moderne and Centre Pompidou are the most frequented exhibitions of postmodernist art. The Salon Chopin is is a room dedicated to the memory of the composer, Chopin, containing personal memorabilia, paintings, manuscripts, documents, and music. The original Advertising museum presents striking examples of modernist art, pop-art and advertisement techniques. Musee d’Armee features French war history through different epochs.
